Processing Time
All In-stock hoverboards are processed and shipped out the same day (weekends excluded) if ordered before 4pm CST, however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.
Shipping Time
We ship all hoverboard by UPS/Fedex and usually takes 2-8 business days for delivery. You will be E-mailed a UPS/Fedex Tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com or Fedex.com. If you do not receive a tracking number withing 3-days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in-case your provider flagged our automated message as spam), or request it again by contacting us.
